The body of the man who fell in the river has been found.
An old timer came into the store where I hold a part time position last
night and informed me that he had spotted him a little while ago while
fishing. He thought he was seeing a large turtle so he went got his
field glasses and then realized what he was seeing was actually a leather
jacket. He said he could see part of a striped shirt too and then he
knew. Naturally, he informed the officals. He was found in the Powdermill
Circle area, just down past Victory Market. I haven't heard anything
beyond this. Thank God. At least now the family can have closure on
this terrible tragedy.
