| Usually the Beacon will say in the write-up on who to contact about
floats, ect. Phil Bouhnicky (the guy who used to play Phlipo the
clown) usually is the one to contact. But from what I heard Phil is
getting to old to do this and someone else was going to take over.
Sandy is right they usually have the parade the first Sunday in
December. So watch the Beacon they just might put an article in
regarding floats and who to contact.

| Phil is still the person. He got up at town meeting Monday and talked
a little about the theme of the parade.

I know when it is... who is running it... and where...
My question was, does anyone "know" anyone "else" that may
be getting involved? It seems that over the past couple of
years the floats have been getting fewer and fewer.. maybe this
has to do with not having enough money or time for most businesses.
Although the floats that usually do appear seem to have a lot of
thought and hard work into them.
Back to Fleepo... Wasn't there a specail parade last year or the
year before in annoucing his retirement?? Not sure...

| Are you interested in putting a float in for Digital? If so you might
want to contact Nancy Dube's office. She is the Manager of Coporate
Community Relations and might be able to help you more. But I think
you are right about the floats. The past couple of years there really
hasn't been much in the way of floats, and like you said it is most
likely becasue of not having enough money or enough time. I think
having a float representing Digital would be a great idea.
And yes I think they did have something special either last year or the
year before regarding Fleepo's retirement.
