I have two horses just over the Maynard line in Stow that are available
for an experienced, dedicated person interested in riding. The ideal
person would be someone who is taking lessons, but does not have a
horse of her own and wants to spend more time around horses without
spending a lot of money. I would expect the person to pitch in with
some of the barn chores and pay to have the horse(s) shod, since they
are barefoot now. There must be some horse-crazy kid(s) nearby who
would love this opportunity. I have found that new motherhood and horse
ownership don't mix really well.
