| We opened the store about 2 weeks ago, and the reception we've gotten
from the town is AMAZING!
Sales have been good, and we're expecting to do even better as we head
toward Xmas.
Please stop by on this Thursday evening to meet the artists and have a
cup of hot cider.
Also, we're having a raffle for the Maynard Food Pantry...for $1 a
ticket, you'll have a chance to win an original piece of art or
handmade craft. All the money we collect will go to the Food Pantry.
Support the arts in Maynard!

| I've been looking for just the right coffee mug for years. I found it
last weekend at Art in the Heart.
What's particularly good about the store is the variety of goods available.
There is jewelry, clothing, pottery, and paintings.

| Art in the Heart of Maynard is becoming famous!
Last night I was interviewed by the Middlesex News for a feature
article that will appear in tomorrow's "Trends" section (front page!).
Some of us will also be on WADN 1120 tomorrow from 9-9:30 talking about
the shop.
Watch the Beacon next week...we should also be in with a photo of folks
from the Maynard Food Pantry getting a check from our raffle, which
raised $100 for the pantry.
The response from the area has been great. Stop by and see for
yourself!

I didn't understand your original question. Since this note is focused
on the Art-in-the-Heart store, I thought you were asking specifically
about joining that group. Unfortunately, I'm unfamiliar with the Maynard
Arts group. I can suggest that you call town hall, though, and ask them
to help you find a contact.

| May I help? The Maynard Arts Lottery Council is a Town Board,
appointed by the Board of Selectmen. The Council is presently
at full membership. As Liz mentioned in .10, if you call Town
Hall, either the Town Clerk or the Selectmen's secretary can
give you the Council's meeting schedule.

| Art in the Heart is re-opening tomorrow at 67 Main Street, next to
Premier Video.
Hours: Tues 11-6, Wed 11-6, Thurs 11-8, Fri 11-6, Sat 10-5.
