    The Friends of WAVM will be doing the Community Calendar for the
    next year, Sep-91 through Aug-92. If you are affiliated with an
    organization that would like to be included in this calendar
    please let me know the following:

        o Organizations name
        o President or contact person
        o Telephone number
        o Dates, times and places of meetings and/or activities

    You can let me know by sending the information to me here, or
    mailing it to my house:

    I will take some information over the phone, but I'd rather have
    it written down by the organization.  My home phone is 897-2460.

    Currently I have information from:

        o The Town Clerk, election days and town meeting
        o The Board of Health, Recycle days and organization helping
        o Maynard Community Chest
        o Friends of WAVM

    I have contacted the following and am waiting for information:

        o The three (3) school principals
        o The Boy Scouts
        o The Maynard Library
        o St. Casimir's
        o St. Bridget's
        o United Methodist Church
        o Maynard Finance Committee

    There will also be notices in the Beacon, Middlesex News and the
    Action Unlimited.

    Our plan is to have the data by the 7th of July, have the data
    reconciled in 2 weeks, get the calendars printed and ready for
    distribution by the second week of August.  Currently we are
    planning to make them available at places around town.  These have
    not been confirmed, but we will be asking The Paper Store, The
    Outdoor Store and Mannings Pharmacy to carry them for us.  We will
    also make them available at the different school functions during
    September.  The cost for the calendar will be $3.00.

	The '91-'92 Maynard Community Calendars are now available.  They can
	be purchased at any of the following locations:

		Manning Pharmacy
		Movie House
		Paper Store
		Schnair's Newstand

	The cost is $3.00, which goes to "The Friends of WAVM".

	Please note that for such a small community, we have a whole lot
	of things going on.

	Also, there are some things that did not make it into the calendar
	because I was told too late.  I will, however, take anything that
	anyone wishes to contribute for the next edition, '92-'93.
