| You could try the Cat's Paw in Concord. I was very pleased with their
work.

| There is a goldsmith in Maynard, directly across from the Mill, next to
Maynard Pizza House. Can't think of the store's name off the top of my
head, but he does excellent work.

| Isn't it a shame we can praise local merchants without fear of retribution,
but let someone give an unbiased, factual account of a real life experience
and suddenly there's the potential for libel?
It seems to me if someone has had a bad experience they should be allowed
to say so. I fail to see why the offending merchant should feel he should
have an opportunity to defend himself here. If the account is presented in
an unbiased manner, it speaks for itself and ought to be able to stand by
the facts as stated.
I'm not trying to challenge or question Corporate policy. I think I
understand the reasoning behind it. For the benefit of all employees, though,
there should be a method whereby one can forwarn others of any potential
problems that may arise based on past experiences.

| Richard Goddard made my wedding ring. After nine years of constant use
it's as beautiful as ever.

| My wedding band was my husband's grandmother's, passed on to my by his
mother. It is at least 75 years old.
The ring had been sized for my mother-in-law years ago and the jeweler
"butchered" it. Richard Goddard brought it back to life. He sized it to
me and you can't tell where the work was done.
He also made my husband's wedding band to match.
I found him to do quality craftsmanship at reasonable prices.
