| Ya they are going (the town) relocate Front street. The present street,
the part that goes from the end of the parking lot to Sudbury St. is
really on the property of the person who liveing on the corner. It seem
that the street has been like that for every and noone complained. But
the house was sold and the new owner was parking his car along side of
his house and partially on the street. he was getting parking tickets.
He had his land suryvered and low and behold found out that the street
in on his property. The DPW is going to due most of the work.

| As far as I know he did not have to pay any for his tickets?

| Of course, the town did bill him for all the years the DPW has been plowing
his "driveway".

| This is definately a Town of Maynard Project. They have hired a
contractor, who is not part of Digital, to construct and manage the
Project. Digital is keeping informed of the progress through a Maynard
official.
