Rent: $590 without a cat, $25 extra with cat(s).

It's new colonial: 4-bedroom 1-1/2 bath.
Parking is never a problem and it's in a quiet neighborhood.
We already have a refrigerator, washer, and dryer.
Located on the north side of Maynard.
Convenient to DEC facilities:
8 miles to LTN or BXB or TAY.
6 miles to HLO, 1.2 miles to the Mill.
The other three housemates are in their mid-twenties, male,
and work at DEC.
The garage and basement are available for storing large objects.
We are looking for a non-smoker without mammilian pets.
We've had absolutely no landlord difficulties.
Rent is $275 + 1/4 utilities. Oil heat.
The room becomes available October 1. Storage may be possible earlier.
