I've heard from a couple of sources that Digital doesn't pay all of
its property taxes, and owes the town quite a bit. Does anyone know
about this? What's the story?

Dec pays all it taxes. There is a litagsion go on with Dec and the
town over the value of some property, however DEC pays the taxes
and if they win the litagsion then the Town will have to abate them.
This is the same process that any property owner in town can go
thru if they feel that they are over assessed.
