| Well, since Brothers is changing name (and management), then it
isn't _more_ pizza places, just not fewer. Brothers used to have
fairly good pizzas, and several non-pizza dishes (my wife was partial
to their onion rings, and the souvlaki was the closest thing to
a Greek Gyro available this side of the shop in West Concord --
The Olympian? -- which had Gyros, though not ones I would recommend).
During the last few weeks, Brothers started keeping very strange
hours, and I learned that it was in some trouble. I'll have to
see how the new food goes, but if it's as good....

| I got a pizza there last night. It was okay. The menu is identical to
Brothers. In fact, they have the exact same menu board posted that
Brothers had.
They are also going to start delivering soon.

164.4 | not bad | LESCOM::KALLIS | To thine own self be candid. | Fri Jul 28 1989 09:27 | 11 |
| Oddly, I got a pizza and a tuna salad there last night. The Brothers
pizzas were a bit better, but these are certainly edible. The delivery
part sounds real good; we'll see.
Their menu isn't quite as extensive as Brothers. For one, they
don't sell souvlaki, which I used to get from time to time. On
the other hand, their soft-drink selection is wider.
We'll use them again.

Well, they did start delivering pizza. As a matter of fact, some high
school students were ordering pizza for lunch and Pizza Express was
delivering it to the high school. The admin took a dim view of this
and ordered the students to cease and desist. As a result, some MHS
students are now _striking_ the cafeteria. They argue that if the food
quality was better, then they would get their lunch at the cafeteria.
This is a rumor put together from various sources (one was the Oct 10
Middlesex News), but its an interesting story if its true.
Perhaps we can use a similar tact with Tobin?

Well, there is another going in on Rt 27 at intersection of Concord St
(actually, just beyond it on left). I think thats 5 in Maynard and 2
Papa Ginos nearby.
