For those of you (like me) who park behind the 5 & 10, the town
is now ticketing. Happy holidays badge 39. Between the cops and
the traffic, the merchants downtown don't stand a chance.

I don't want to be a jerk or anything, but one of the biggest problems
the merchants are facing is the amount of business people (DEC),
parking their cars in the town lots all day.
The biggest complaint I've heard about the downtown revitalization,
is the lack of parking. This doesn't help matters any.

Another gripe I've heard about is people tying up the on-street
parking spaces all day, oblibious to the tickets they get.
