holidays and vacations with grandparents and great-grandparents
on Chandler St. and Thompson St. I can remember when they had a
bus from downtown to the subway station in Harvard Square.

social today, so I thought I would introduce myself.
My name is June Maki, I graduated in 1974 from Maynard High, I have
been working at Digital for 5 years, and currently live in Merrimack

many memories, that is why I like reading the notes. If there is
anyone out there that graduated with me, or remembers me, I would love
to hear from you
June

| Toni's note reminded me that I never registered:
Name: Frank Ignachuck
Maynard resident: forever
MHS: Class of 1966
College: St. Anselm (Class of 1970)
My father was also born and raised in Maynard (MHS Class of 1935)
Married: Carole (Novick) MHS Class of 1970, Bridgewater State (1974)
Carole's father was also born and raised in Maynard and was an MHS
Grad.
We have three boys, Ross, Kyle, and Alex. They are fourth generation
Maynardians on both sides.
By the way, my mother (Margaret McGovern) was born and raised in Acton,
was a third generation Actonian, and graduated from Acton High School.
When I was born, my parents lived in Acton and decided to buy a house
in Maynard. If they had bought in Acton, I could be a fourth generation
Actonian today. Wherever you are Ma and Da, THANKS for chosing Maynard!!
My maternal Grandfather, Hugh McGovern, was the Chief Engineer in the
Mill during the 20's and 30's and owned McGovern's King Square Diner
between Gruber's and the Assabet River for many years.

My grandparents on my mother's side came over from Finland at the turn
