ANYBODY KNOW A REPUTABLE PIANO TUNER AND/OR SERVICER AROUND THE
GMA? I'VE GOT AN OLD STEINWAY UPRIGHT IN NEED OF SOME ATTENTION.

HOW MUCH WILL A TUNING COST THESE DAYS?

Jeff Loeb, 897-2666, my next-door neighbor.

He used to tune and service pianos. He's gone on to other musical
exploits, but sometimes likes to keep his hand in. If he can't help you
out, I'm sure he can recommend somebody who can.

Sorry, don't know about cost; he tunes mine as a neighborly favor.

Bob Cassidy (changed his name from Draine) at the Acton-Concord
Piano Tuning 263-8932 has tuned and done some minor repair to
our piano. He has a good reputation in the Acton/Concord area.

I had Jimmy Mazzy tune my piano recently. Did a good job.

Hi, I have been here at Digital just a week. I suppose you've had
your piano twicked by now, but if not or in the future, my
husband, Trad Banjoist Jimmy Mazzy is also an excellent piano
tuner and repairman. His credits include the Stickey Wicket Pub,
HoJo's Rt 2, Concord, Westford School District, Littleton School
District, Holliston School District. He is also exclusive tuner
for most of his fellow musicians. His prices are extremely reasonable,
and he will usually come within a few days if you are in a hurray.
If you'd like some individual references, give me a call.

Thanks. Carrie Mazzy

Another vote for Bob Cassidy. He also does major piano restoration.

He may be somewhat more expensive than other tuner/technicians,
    but he's also somewhat better!

    Call him at 263-8932
