The command files that we use in-house look like they are written by
Digital and not Sophos.
So what does Sophos give customers when they buy SWEEP for VMS?
- is it VMSINSTAL-able?
- does it include checking for new versions somehow?
- does it have UPDATE, SCAN, DISINFECT modes?
- does it have hooks for sending email when virus found by SCAN?
- does it have hooks for sending email when Intercheck finds virus?
The reason that I am asking is that we have a couple of large
ALL-IN-1/TeamLinks customers here and I would like to take advantage of
my inhouse VSWEEP experiences and go sell them VSWEEP and my consulting
services to install, configure and then for regular updates. So, what
does SOPHOS give me to start with, and so how much work do I have to
get to a usable VSWEEP package like we have internally?
