    Hi,
    
    A customer complains that when trying to install Clientworks on an
    NT4.0 Prioris system (no model number), he has the following message in
    his event viewer log file:
    
    entry point not found snmp.exe error after installing serverworks.
       
    
    event viewer shows:
    event 7022 with snmp service hung on starting
    snmp svc is ignoring extension agent dll
    enterprise oid  not located in snmp api.dll
    
    Tried removing snmp reinstalled it. Some of the errors disappeared.
    
    The message now is snmp agent does not support the requested mib variable .
    
    Clientworks is version 2.2 that came with the prioris system.
    
     
    any ideas?

    If the system is running NT V4.0 SP2 - then you will have to re-apply
    SP2.
