| 238.1 | Probably Agent install problem | PCBUOA::BRACKEN |  | Thu Apr 03 1997 09:32 | 7 |
| | Have you installed both SNMP and the Agent properly?

    Check the event log, if the event log reports a message that the
    Server Works Driver is missing, please use the
        fix which you can get from \\jules\public \ntagents\v1.4fix\x86.
    Check on previous notes on the same subject.

| 238.2 | Install the NT Agen | ALFSS2::OLSEN_G | Hey y'all, how y'all doin'? | Thu Apr 03 1997 17:34 | 7 |
| | Is the agent installed? It is my understanding the ServerWorks agent
    is not installed on those machines. Look in the Event Viewer and see
    if there are a couple of messages sandwiched around the snmp service
    starting - details will show words like server manager. Maybe Chet has
    a better way to tell, but I never could find another way.

| 238.3 | Try these.... | PCBUOA::WHITEC | Parrot_Trooper | Sat Apr 05 1997 13:56 | 5 |
| | If you click on control panel, and look at devics.... the Digital
    Serverworks agent will be listed. ensure it's started.. If it's not
    there, then load the SNMP service, and the agent software.
