199.1 | How about a kit and a mail address | PCBUOA::TAGARIELLOB | | Mon Feb 03 1997 19:47 | 11 |
| We are examining the possiblity of an internal field test.
Problems lie in that we have moved groups, and as such have
no QAR system. What we would like to do is simply offer the
bits, and have an exchange mail address (digital1 you know)
and we can enter them in our ACCESS QAR DB manually.
Would this be sufficient?

Hi Bernardo,
If you're new to AKO, WELCOME!
I think for your QAR "in-box" you need something more reliable than
Exchange. <grins>

199.3 | Great idea, this fieldtest thing! ;^) | PCBUOA::WHITEC | Parrot_Trooper | Wed Feb 05 1997 12:50 | 14 |
| Bernie,
Let's chat about this, I believe we would get a big ROI if we
internally fieldtest in the right areas....ie: Support Centers who
deliver front-line support. These should be done first, then backup
support next, then Engineering Support etc.
I believe the field support organization has a tool called PTT? Am
I right here...hello field. It could potentially be implimented and
maybe even upload to our database...
Anyhow, lets talk.
