Who do I contact regarding the MQSeries connection product?
I am particulatly interested in a Solaris version because the prospect
does not use either AIX or HP/UX but has chosen MQSeries as their MVS
and overall integration tool of choice. Digital UNIX is unsupported by
MQSeries.
Getting IBM to come out and deliver a server version of MQSeries
on Digital UNIX would be very helpful as well. Currently DIGITAL UNIX
is client only and is unsupported freeware. All of the competitors in
the R/3 bid we are doing have supported clients and servers.
Thanks for your help,
John Baker

re: .0
At the time of the original engineering of MQSeries Connection, IBM was
not yet shipping MQSeries for Solaris (level 2). They are now shipping
it and we are open its consideration for Solaris.
Please mail me more details of your opportunity to assist us in the
justification to do it soon.
Glen
