What is the maximum message size for DMQ?
Is it operating-system dependent?
If so - what is the max for OpenVMS? for DIGITAL UNIX?

	For V4.0 the maximum message size is 4MB, for pre-V4.0 the maximum is 32000 bytes on all platforms. tm

	...although effectively it is ~7900 on NCR Unix (OS limitation), at least with pre-4.0.
