    Hello,
    
    On our current project, we are looking into 3 party contracting for
    dev. custom solution for our customer...
    
    Question:
    Do we need to obtain license PAK to activate DMQ for NT
    environment?  Do we even need to have a license for dev. on NT?
    
    NT platform is v4.0 build 1381 with service pack#2

	you need to have license, but not a license PAK. that is you should buy the software, but there is no license en- forcement built into the NT software. _sjz.
