    I have the following problem at a customer site, he has run dmqivpipc
    and get the following :
    
    Unaligned access pid=4577 <dmqivpipc> va=11ffefc4c pc=120005540
    ra=120005d9c tyq

    Message Queue Parameters
      * MSGMNI = 54
            parameter is too low
            minimum value is 165
    
    Semaphore Parameters
      * SEMMNI = 93
            parameter is low
            preferred value is 105
    
    1 > my first question is why do we get this Unaligned access  messages,
    I experience this from time to time on mys test system running DMQ32A
    ECO1 .
    
    2 > My second question is why the parameters values obtained vy
    sysconfig are different from the ones reported by sysconfig ?

    i believe this is fixed in V4.0.
