I need some information (on behalf of a customer :-) about the 
structure of "typical" customers' projects using BMQ and types 
of services they developed.  I am particularly (but not 
specifically) interested in large customers  with multiple project 
teams.  Any information will be kept strictly Digital internal.

I would really appreciate any time you spend in answering the 
questions below and emailing it me.
