	The release notes are in the kit. You just install the kit and it will put the release notes in the usual place. _sjz.

	you can read the cover letter which is available on our web site or via ftp - see note 4.*. it contains all the pertinent inform- ation for the ECO kit. full release notes are in the kit itself. _sjz.
