A customer has the following problem with DMQ3.0A-22 running on VMS 6.2 in a 2
nodes cluster with 16 groups and one group.
After a powefailure, messages are not delivered to the target queue.
They use the mode PDEL_MODE_WF_SAF.
If they choose a delivery mode without SAF, everythin works fine.
They put tracing on, they get BADFREE errors :

Try recycling the link to see if that clears the problem. You can
do this by using the Link Management Option in the DMQ$EXE:DMQ$MGR_UTILITY.EXE.

| ...do a "DC" to disconnect the link followed by a "CO" to reconnect it. Note
this assumes that this group can initate connections else you will have to
either wait for the reconnect interal or request a connection on the remote grp.
