I need to analyze this problem further as I have only seen it once -
another Digitial person on site has seen it a number of times. On each
occasion there were no REMQUEFAIL errors in the log file.
Actually this configuration is a bit trickly as a lot of the messages
use NN_MEM/uma:DISC (not DISCL) so we don't get any log information if
there are problem deliverying messages.
