    Anyone get to see "Anaconda" yet? Got to see this at a matinee the
    other day. It wasn't a great movie but it was entertaining. It had 
    a decent cast as well. The story is about a team of photographers that
    set out on a expedition to film a lost tribe some where in Brazil. They
    run into this guy(Jon Voight) who needs help. Come to find out he hunts
    snakes and is looking for 40 ft Anaconda. Like I said, it wasn't
    anything that is going to win any awards, but it was entertaining.
    Other cast members you might recognize are: Ice Cube, Eric Stolz,
    Jennifer Lopez.  
    
     Catch it on a matinee and you'll be satisfied,

	Yeah. Hmmm. What can I say? Jon Voight was pretty good but with some strange facial expressions! The SFX were OK most of the time but on occassion were a bit ropey. One effect that should have been left on the cutting room floor was after one guy had been eaten you could see the outline of his body and a perfect impression of his face through the anaconda's skin. Pleeeease! Eric Stoltz was underused. He's a darned fine actor IMHO and should have played a much larger role in the film. 2.5 out of 5, I think. Don't pay full price. In fact, you'd be better off waiting for video. Simes %^)

	I think Jon Voight has been through some sort of trauma since the Chrysler Lebaron incident with George.
