Andrew Dice/Clay, Roddy Piper, Shannon Tweed, Robert Davi.
Andrew is the leader of a gang of terrorists that takes control of
a hotel in which a beauty pageant is held, seizing several of the
contestants and holding them in the penthouse. Roddy is one of
his henchmen.
Shannon is Sharon Bell, a star of karate movies ["She's like Bruce
Lee, with boobs"] and either a contestant or the hostess [I missed
the first part] who is one of the hostages.
Robert Davi is some sort of special forces guy and a current body-
guard who's working with the police to get them out of there.
Typical shoot-em-up, explosive type of drama. Not too bad.

| Shannon Tweed was a Playboy playmate back in the '80s. She might have
been the one who wrestled with Andy Kaufmann (back when he stopped
doing comedy and his pathetic act consisted of wrestling women); she
won the match, except for the fact that Andy always had his own ref,
who would not call the pin.
Or so I've heard :) ...
