Could someone tell me what happened at the end?
I was watching it the other day and the cable crapped out at
T-10 minutes.
Thanks!!

She ends up going to the prom alone. As she is walking in
Duckie meets her at the top of the stairs and she is so happy
to see him.
When they walk in she sees Andrew McCarthy (Blane) has also gone
there alone. He walks over to her and apologizes and says basically
that he was a fool. They make up - Duckie gives her the go
ahead and they leave the prom together. Duckie in the meantime
sees that this very pretty girl is giving him the eye and he
walks over to her and they start to dance.
It ends with Molly Ringwald and Andrew McCarthy kissing in the
parking lot.
I love this movie and always try to see it when it is on. I almost
like Duckie and the Annie Potts character more than the main
characters. Especially when Duckie comes into the record store
and starts lip-synching/singing.

Thanks!!
I'd never seen it before, and I did like it.
Looks like Duckie's girl was played by Kristy Swanson, and
I'd forget Molly Ringwald pretty quickly if Kristy were giv-
ing ME the eye too. 8^)
Jon Cryer [Duckie] is 1 of my favorites. All [or at least
most] of his movies are definitely worth watching.
