[Made-for-TV miniseries]
Based on the Stephen King novel of the same name, this is
about a Maine woman who stumbles on what ends up being an
alien spacecraft in her back yard. And once she starts to
dig it up, its "aura" affects the people of the town quite
strangely.
If you read the book, I'd have to say that you shouldn't
even bother. There were so many changes that you wonder
why they didn't change the title.

I wish we stayed awake for this movie and thought of looking for a note
in here about it to find out just what really transpired during the
time that she found the little piece of the starship to when her and
her alcoholic boyfriend were in it. Can someone tell me just what went
on?
I too heard that the book was completely different.
I loved the movie though. It was definately something that I would
watch again.
