I heard that there will be a guest appearance in the next Batman movie
by another one of DC's heroes, SUPERMAN! Apparently, there is going to
be a new Superman movie in which Superman, played by Christopher
Reeves, gets badly injured by a strange alien who lands on Earth.
Superman then leaves Metropolis to presumably recuperate from his
injuries and in doing so plunges Metropolis into chaos.
Then along comes a certain Mr.Bruce Wayne, aka Batman, played by
George Clooney, and tries to restore some order to the chaotic city
whilst trying to find the alien. If you are wondering if this is the
death of Superman, then don't, he does return at some point in the
movie but not played by Christopher Reeves, this new reborn Superman is
played by Dean Cain, whom we all know from the "New Adventures of
Superman".
The movie is rumoured to be called "Superman Reborn" and the storyline
sounds brilliant and if it brings DC's two most popular heroes
together, then how can it possibly be bad.

sounds excellent...
also fits the rumours around the superman movie I've heard
about Dean and Terri Hatcher playing Lois.
but...that makes more of a Superman movie than a Batman with that
title.
I guess only time will tell

from what I read on the net, Steele will also appear in the movie
( Character from the Death of Superman series) played by Shakeel
O'neal (sp?).
Superman hasn't been cast yet and Lex Luthor is either going to
Gene Hackman or the guy who plays him in Lois and Clark.

I could definately handle a Superman movie with Dean Cain as the "new"
S-man. It would also be nice to see Gene Hackman reprise his role as
Lex.

In this case, I don't think the "S" stood for Super!
How about "STUPIDMAN:DEFENDER OF THE STAGE2 KANBAN, ABLE TO LEAP TALL
RACKS IN A SINGLE BOUND"

Actually, Nicholas Cage was just signed to play the man of steel in the
upcoming flick. Screenplay was written by the guy who wrote Clerks and
Mall Rats. (Kevin Smith)
Still haven't found a director as of yet....but apparently Warner Bros.
in presently trying to woo the one and only Tim Burton.
