1016.0. "House Calls" by BUSY::SLABOUNTY (Don't like my p_n? 1-800-328-7448) Mon Jan 22 1996 17:51
Walter Matthau, Glenda Jackson, Art Carney, Richard Benjamin.
Walter is womanizer Dr. Charles Nichols, Art is Chief of Staff at
the hospital, and Glenda is the newly-hired secretary [she wasn't
on the hospital staff when the movie started, but she joined soon
after ... I forget where Walter met her].
Walter is the womanizing doctor until he meets Glenda, who wants
him to be faithful to her.
The movie is mostly about the relationship, and what happens when
work interferes with it. This is definitely a Walter Matthau mov-
ie, so if you like him then you'll like it. Walter and Glenda are
an EXCELLENT movie pairing, IMO [see "Hopscotch" for more of this
pairing ... great movie!!].
