| This is a genuine tragedy. I had the great honor of meeting Mr. Julia
at a clean-up party after the LA riots. He was a kind and generous
_human_ being and his presence in hollywood will be missed.

| I also enjoyed all of his work, especially as the police detective in
"Compromising Positions" and as the dictator's right hand man in the
underrated but wonderfully funny "Moon Over Parador". He did the Frank
Langella role from "Dave" five years earlier, and did it better.

I know this a late reply, but he really was brilliant as Gomez Addams
in the Adamms Family, better in a lot of ways than the original..
