Rt. 114 Drive-In, Middleton, MA

I miss this place terribly! I used to go there all the time, both as a kid
and as recently as three years ago. It's now a mall.... 8^(

Rt. 133 Drive-In, Georgetown, MA (X-rated)

Went there once when I was in high school with a bunch of buddies and a case
of beer. Planning on going there was a much bigger deal that actually being
there.... towards the end of it's existence, this was turned into a family
drive-in.

Nashua [NH] Drive-In, which used to be on DW Highway (Merrimack
side of the line too I believe) where the Sanders is now.

Tynsboro [MA] Twin Drive-In, where the Pheasent Lane
Mall is now (one screen still stands with the mall logo on it).

Chelmsford [MA] Twin Drive-In. Condos there now. Only drive-in
I remember that was paved parking.
218.5For all they've done with the land, they coulda left the drive-in!TNPUBS::NAZZAROBoston Shootout - June 18,19,20!Wed Jun 16 1993 18:366
There was one in Methuen, on Rt. 110 a mile off Rt. 93. It was
torn down ten years ago, with the promise of many wonderful condos
to be built on the site. Unfortunately, it's still just a pile of
    weeds. :-(

Quaker Drive-In in Uxbridge, MA ... 2 miles from my house, and
even closer to the RI border.

Saw "For Your Eyes Only" there, "Purple Rain", and a slew of
    	others.

The screen is still there, but the lot was turned into Quaker
    	Store-In ... those "rent-a-garage" buildings.

I believe that is the one that others have refered to where BXC
currently sits, on the Boxboro Littleton line

For some reason, I remember the Shrewsbury drive-in as closing also.
Did it close for a while and then re-open?

I used to go to the EMLoews in West Boylston a lot - but then I grew up
    there.

The Shrewsbury drive-in was the one on route 9 at the top of the hill
and is definitly long gone. The Edgmere Drive-in in Shrewsbury on
route 20 (near the intersection of North Quinsigamond (sp) Ave and 20
is still open - though I do believe they closed down for a while.

Natick Drive-In, Speen Street, Natick Mass.

I remember going in my PJ's to see movies there with my pillow in tow. I saw
PATTON there and was hysterically laughing because it was the first time hearing
'swear words' on the screen.

Does anyone remember the OLD ROCK Drive-in in Salem N.H? It
was right on Rte 28 across the street from the old entrace
to Rockingham Race Track. This drive-in had bleacher seats
    for people without cars.
218.15Drive-in's Still Rule!!!HOTLNE::GRILLOFri Feb 10 1995 19:5012
Drive-in's aren't completely dead! We still have one down in
Mendon! Their snack bar serves some of the best nachos you've ever
    tasted!
I've been going to that old drive-in since I was 3 years old. My
Dad always talks about how he took me to see "Bambi", my first movie,
    there.
You don't have the old speakers to put on the windows anymore. You
tune in to a radio channel. Ten dollars a car, two flicks, and a time
warp back to when going to the drive-in was the best!
