David Cassidy, Olivia D'Abo and another guy are chosen to travel
back in time from the year 2176 to 1776 to retrieve historical
information, all which was lost in a magnetic storm in the fut-
ure. Unfortunately, the ship's computer is off by just a bit and
they only go back as far as 1976, unbeknownst to them.
They land, and are befriended by a couple of long-haired teens
who help them stash the ship [in their basement] and aid them in
their quest for knowledge.
The movie is a riot ... those of you who'd rather forget the 70's
[bell bottoms, mirror balls, Spam] might want to skip this one.

| I saw it on cable and I *hated* it, but then again, I *hated* _WAYNE'S
WORLD_, too, and it felt very similar....
