Lagering: The one and only *proper* lager I made only started to taste right after about 4 months in secondary/barrel. This was a relatively weak (for Homebrew) brew and was made with Gervin Belgian Lager yeast. NB A small amount of wheat malt seems to help head retention. Gordon...Am I the only brewer in DEC Park?
