I was thinking of doubling the recipe in here to make 10 gallons in my
new toys - a Cajun Coker and a 15 gal keg modified to boil wort in.
Can I just basically double the recipe? Do you use whole hops or
pellets? Any ideas on the additions of grains (3 lbs of 20L?)? Any
specific yeast to be used?
