Hi, SQL/Services V6.1 DEC UNIX V4.0 Is SQL/Services V6.1 supported on Unix V4.0? I have a customer whose installation is failing: $ set ld -l sqlsrv device sqlsrv not supported couldn't initialise The Rdb V6.1 installation was ok. I know V7.0 is supported, but what about V6.1? Thanks, Louise.

2204.1 | SQL/Services is just a subset of Rdb | SQLSRV::MAVRIS | Sue Mavris - [email protected] | Mon May 19 1997 12:15 | 28 |
If I remember my unix correctly... there is no SQLSRV kit. SQL/Services is an installation option of the Rdb kit. So they should be installing Rdb and selecting the SQL/Services subsets to install SQL/Services.
