Not sure if this should be posted here or DBI. VAX/VMS 6.1; SQL/Services 6.1-02; RDB6.1-04 Customer using query tool (IQ/OBJ) to query a RDB DBI database and is getting an SYSTEM-F-ACCVIO. Appears that the problem is related to number of columns being queried. If the number of columns is 500 or >, then ACCVIO. Less (-100) the query works. Customer stated that she has upgraded to the latest IQ releases. There is an associated dump, which we can get. What are some other things we might look at?

2201.4 | limit of 500 columns | SQLSRV::MAVRIS | Sue Mavris - [email protected] | Tue May 13 1997 10:35 | 5 |
This shouldn't cause an accvio, but SQL/Services can only handle 500 columns. I'm not sure if this is documented anywhere... but it has always been the case. Sue | |||||
