Hi, BUG# 382018 - SQL/SERVICES DOESN'T CHECK EXPIRED ACCOUNT Closed, Not a Bug Are there any plans to have SQL/Services check for expired accounts? In reading the release notes for SQL/Services V7.0 and the security section in the V7 "SQL/Services Server Configuration Guide" expired accounts still are not checked for. Thanks, Lisa

2184.1 | 7.0 does check for expired accounts | SQLSRV::MAVRIS | Sue Mavris - [email protected] | Mon Apr 07 1997 15:02 | 8 |
Hi Lisa, SQL/Services did start checking for expired accounts in V7. For some reason, our doc section describing exactly which sysuaf fields were checked got dropped in 7.0 which is why you didn't notice it in the documentation. I'll see about getting it back in the next version. Sue | |||||
