Hi, We are in the process of releasing a copy of Rdbx 3.2 that is compatable with Rdb 7.0. Was the customer performing the volume extract from the root database file? Does this customer have an Oracle support contract? Do you have access to the Oracle internal WRVMS node? If so I can make the pre-released software available and the customer can try it.
