    Wish to group the summary record cache information into one section;
    currently, there are two where the active and reserve cache slot counts
    are given and the status information is separate; would like to see a
    grouping similar to the way aij information is presented
    
    Also, an option to present record cache information in tabular format
    (for spreadsheet loading).  Current this is achieved via TPU learn
    sequence.

In Rdb8 we will provide a new information table called RDB$CACHES, this will
allow you to query the information from SQL.  Will this suffice?
