    Please provide additional columns in the system tables that register
    when and by whom a object was last verified, similar to the new
    rdb$created ... columns in v7.0 .      
    In this way rmu/verify procedures could be more specific, and
    ultimately this could be the basis for a incremental verify 
    utility ('verify the objects that have not been verified since ...') .

This is unlikely, RMU/VERIFY is a page level (for the most part) verification,
and the system tables are not.

    We could at least add 'last verified' information for indexes,
    constraints and procedures, which are the only cases where
    rmu/verify looks at logical objects in the database.

Yes we could add these but they will not be added until V9.0 or later...

Why, because the system tables are already frozen for Rdb8
