Hi, I have a customer with a strange VXT issue. They get some of their VXT 2000's crashing with: ?06 hlt inst PC=2004026a PSL=00df0000 This is their confirguration: SYCPV3 SYCPV4 SYCPV1 SYCPV2 [VXT A] [VXT B] [VXT C] [VXT D] | | | | --------+-----+-----+-----------------+------+-----+-------------- | | +---+---+ +---+---+ |4000VLC| |4000VL | |SYCPM4 | |SYCPM3 | | | | | +---+---+ +---+---+ | | [Pizzabox] [Pizzabox] [RZ25 ] [RZ25 ] All VXT's crash from time to time, regardless of where they boot from. They all have arounf 10Mb. We set the halt falg to 3, but all we get out is: ?06 hlt inst PC=2004026a PSL=00df0000 We don't get exception messages. Has anyone got any idea what's going on here, before I IPMT this one ? Thanks in advance for any help/tips. Chris Sumner Server Management Support, UK . 7833 3667

You didn't mention what version of the VXT Software customer has. If he doesn't have at least V2.1 let him upgrade. If he has 2.1 you have to escalate. First of all this conf doesn't get a high attention anymore and to get patch releases (2.1a,b,c...) you have to open an IPMT. andre | |||||

Hi Andre, We'll log an IPMT then as he's running V2.1g |
