PRESENTATION ON RAPTORS
Presentor: Julie Collier
Licensed Rehabilitator of Raptors
(aka birds of prey, i.e. Owls, Eagles, etc.)
Julie gives an excellent talk on these birds
and also brings along live birds such as a Golden
Eagle, Owls, Falcons, etc.
When: Monday, October 11, 1993
8:00 p.m. (Doors open @ 7:00. Plan to be
there early to ensure a seat.)
Where: American Legion, Post #79, Brook St. Manchester, NH
Admission: $3.00 to non-BOAF members.
Directions: Coming from Mass and points south. take
Rt. 3 North, follow to Route 293N (Rt.
3 turns into 293 shortly after the toll
booth in So. Manchester). Take exit #6
Amoskeag Bridge, follow through first set
of lights at second set (I believe), you
will be at Elm Street (Manchester's main
street) intersection. Bear right onto
Elm and take the third right (Brook St.)
First NH Bank is on corner. Am.Legion is
right behind the bank on the right.
You can also take Route 93N and bear left
at the fork in the highway just past exit
#5. follow signs for 293 N - it is the
very next exit AFTER the Brown Ave. Exit.
Take Exit #6 (Amoskeag Bridge). Then follow
directions above.
American Legion has limited parking so you can park in
the Bank's parking lot, since it will be after banking
hours.
