I have one silver bill finch along with my society's.
I would love to get some more silver bills & start
breeding them. Problem is I can't find any in the Nashua
area pet shops. Does anyone know where I could find some?

I would prefer to stay away from babies as I would like to
breed them now- not months from now,(but I will consider it
    if I have no option).

    Thanks- Chet

    Chet,

Ask some of the stores if they can order them for you. You can also
find breeders willing to ship for you - check the back pages of Bird
Talk, American Cage Bird, etc. for breeders.

A finch that is fledged and weaned (ie; old enough to sell) is NOT
very far from an age where it could reproduce. You wouldn't have to
    wait a very long time.
