| Thank you Juan and Merry Christmas to you too. By the way, Juan, I
know you want a Pionus but do you presently have any other birds?
Since Puerty Rico has a ban on Pionus (I can't imagine why), you may
want to get a small bird, maybe a parakeet or cockateil to start with.
There should be plenty to choose from around the holidays and it would
give you some practical experience with birds in general.
Take care!

Hi Jeanne,
To answer some of your questions, i do have a few birds, i have one
Orange Wing Amazon, the female died resently, a pair of lutino love
birds, a pair of black mask love birds, a pair of quakers, a pair of
cut throuht(do'nt know if i spelled that right"throuht", a pair of zebra
finches, i had a Java mynah but it died a few weeks before the female
orange wing. My real interest is a Blue Pionus, but the agencie that
deals with natural resourses, some where around the lines of "Fish and
wild life agencies" do not want to let these and some other birds in to
the Island because of the thread to local birds and/or it's inviroment.
That's a quote. I personaly do'nt think the same, some in the island has
some influense and a comon goul and perhaps benefits by it. Well i
do'nt want to take to much time from you. Thank you for your Greetings.
Merry Christmas and
happy new year.
Juan
