    I am entering this for my sister who is trying to raise baby
    cockatiels. She has about 10 birds in her aviary outside (No. Calif.)
    and has decided to try and raise some young ones (first born for me!)
    
     She has built 3 nesting boxes and placed them in. There are a few
    birds that have paired off and she has found quite a few eggs but thats
    as far as it goes. 
    
    Can anyone help with advice on the proper way to start? ie what kind of
    food is best to give the adults and should she put anything on the
    bottom of the nesting boxes?
    
    Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!
