| This show is listed as the 75th anual show, has anyone been to this
one before ? It sounds like it may be one of the bigger ones in
Massachusetts. I am going to try to stop by.

| In case anybody is wondering how Tony did, he was the only Moluccan
Cocktoo so he won 1st place in that cat. But there were other Cocktoos
and on that phase of the judging he lost out.
Mike and I learned alot of good pointers, that feathers i.e.
how they look, where the naturally lay on the body, pin feathers,
have a count of 35 points in judging.
Like one of the judges we also agree that feathers shouldn't
be judged that heavily.

| The speaker at last night's New Hampshire Avicultural Society (NHAS)
meeting said it is 10/20, but didn't say where. Anybody see a listing
for Mass. Cage Bird Show in Bird Talk or elsewhere? It was quite a big
show last year--took place then at the Assabet-VoTech High School in
Marlboro, MA, which is easy to find and parking is close to the
building.
Pls. somebody check the date and location??
