Last night we had all four (4) birds on the outside perch.
Picture this, our cockteil, beebee parrot, the Amazon, and the Molcuan
Cocktoo. Together they are all sitting together on this branch.
Samanatha (Amazon) leans over to the beebee Parrot and says in a
deep voice "Hi" and walks away. it was a riot then the Cocktoo
starts making wooing sounds and stretches his neck out towards
Samantha, She in return starts trying to nip him, she has no
social skill when it comes to the other birds,then the Molocan
backs away and she says I love you. Then the little birds start
crowding everybody and she goesto step the claw goes out searching
for a foot hold and finds the cockteils head. We watch this scene
more than once. It was a four bird circus that kept us in stitches!
But sadly we realized that our Amazon might be great with Humans
but she needs to work on sociablity with the other birds
so we plan on having them together more often on this branch.
