Hello Have somebody seen this problem? I customer scheduled a S.W. update of several Intel Multia's (V3.2) On monday morning the people turn on the screen and get the Multia logo to login, after they logged in there is an update message and the update then aktualy start. But it was suppost to start friday evening. This not always happens, they have a workaround; don't logout or lock the workstation. Nothing in the Win NT event logger, and the update log-file doesn't show any problem either. What can cause the need to be logged in, before an upgrade will complete in one run ? Perhaps you can imagine what happed on the customer-side when he scheduled an upgrade of a total of 100 multia's in blocks of ten each time and all of the upgrades took place on monday morning........poor network. Thanks in advance Peter Folker Pathworks support The Netherlands

Thanks for reporting this problem. We have reproduced this and will work on a fix. If you can, I would like you to create an IPMT case so that we have formal problem reporting and tracking. This will also help in sending the customer the new patch kit with this problem resolved. Regards, Joel |
